This works very well on Windows, but I always lose the application on Vista. However, it does an excellent job of finding and ridding viruses, etc. Please keep up the good work. I personally feel that all anti virus applications should be free.

Why can't other AV vendors follow your lead & make AV like Cureit? It seems that the money issue has too much say when wanting a Very Good or Excellent Anti Virus to clean ones PC. Dr. Web, your 'Cureit' is No. 1!!! No others will ever match it. I run Cureit every time I'm done on the internet, just to make sure nothing got put on my PC while surfing, safely that is!

Oh my god!
I must say thank you, sincerelly. Im finally able to re-use my WinXp again, Virut kept destroying my pc everytime I reinstalled the OS, lost all data like 3-4 times. And was impossible to use the PC, that I was forced to keep using Win2K3Server so the Virut wouldnt destroy or corrupt my pc. But since I found Dr.Web, I tried reinstall XP again, and for my desperate Virut came back once again, but this time... the story had a different end LOL... Virut got beaten up by Dr.Web, and I could enjoy using XP again with all the multimedia resources. Thanks alot guys, yours efforts really make a difference among AV and cleaners, really really thank you!!!

Firefox 3.0 is now out, so when will your 'DrWeb Link checker' be updated to work with FF3.0?? I have not trusted any link until it's been checked with DrWeb Link checker, 1st. Thank you for making the web more safer with this product.

I have been using drweb cureit for almost a year after trying a few of the so called famous antiviruses. It has helped me a lot. Thanks to Drweb that I have a clean faster PC now. Most of my friends are now using cureit. It is really the best.

I was surprised at first to see an antivirus that can fix a win32 virus.In my computer every file was infected by virus.I downloaded dr web cure it project and just after 3hours my 80 gb hard disk was free of virus.Thanks to dr web which saved my computer for most of them were important files.

Hi,

First I would like to say thank you for distributing free anti-virus scanner "Cureit". I have a windows 2003 server which is not connected to internet yet still was infected with virus. However, "Cureit" found it and fixed it. Seems like many other Anti-Virus companies do not offer virus scanners for windows 2003 and if they do they're very expensive.

Your link checker for Firefox is the BEST!!! It's saved my ass many times! Now I'm downloading the checker for Internet Explorer 7 for my Dad who insists on using that piece of...
I'm also trying CureIt!, so maybe when my current paid Anti-Virus expires, I'll take you up on that discount offer.

I have tried and spent money on several anti-virus programs, and my computers kept getting infected with viruses and trojans. Cure-It and anti-virus cleaned it.

Este antivirus es exelente,Actualmente tengo 14 makinas y la tengo con norto y bipdefender mas eh tenido muchos problemas de virus pero hoy gracias a curelt se me acabaron los problemas despues un ejemplo la makina 7 tiene norton 360 la limpie y supuestamente estaba perfecta luego las escane con curelt y encontro 43virus que norto no detecto,con las otras compus el mismo caso,norton y bipdefender,nada que ver. gracias.cuando termine mi licencia con estos rigolo este sera mi antivirus mas los recomendare a todos mis conosidos......

cureit really works, it removed new win32 when no other product did.. but it does not seem to run resident as in actively monitor spyware or viruses like AVG or Nortons does. It certainly does detect and remove viruses very well when run however.

I have used and tested many free Antivirus programs and yesterday I started to use Dr.Web CureIt. It found one trojan that none of the other free Antivirus programs (namely NAV, MWAV, ClamWin, Avast!, etc) can detect i.e. the Trojan.StartPage.1505 trojan on my desktop PC.

Congratulations to the Dr.Web team for an excellent product !!!

Being an ardent Internet surfer, I am always vulnerable to virus and other malicious attacks. I would like to suggest to the Dr.Web team that the Dr.Web CureIt also comes with a real-time scanner so that when I surf the Internet with Dr.Web CureIt active, I am always protected. As such, I hope that more and more people all over the world will use Dr.Web Antivirus products.

Your attention and approval in this matter are greatly appreciated.

Dr.Web Anti-Virus und CureIt! sind sehr effektiv. Zu wünschen wäre, dass ein Update-Server näher an Deutschland steht (bei Verwendung von Dr.Web Anti-Virus), um eventuelle Probleme auszuschließen. Ansonsten ist Dr.Web aber leider in Deutschland unterbewertet und findet bei Tests von Security-Suiten wenig Erwähnung (siehe zum Beispiel: www.computerbild.de). Antwort auch in Englisch möglich.
