How to use it
- 1 Save the utility on your PC,
- 2 Launch the saved file,
- 3 Click on the «Generate report» button,
- 4 Wait for the report-generation process to complete.
By default, the zip archive with the report is saved with the password «virus» in the folder C:\Users\User_name\Doctor Web\
The utility will never transmit collected information anywhere outside the user's end device.

How to use it
- 1 Download the utility (the utility is intended for macOS 10.15 and later versions) and save it to your desktop.
- 2 Unpack the application file and run Dr.Web SysInfo.
- 3 You will also need to grant the utility full disk-access permissions. When the corresponding alert is displayed, press «Grant access». In the «Disk Access» window, toggle the «Dr.Web SysInfo» switch to the «on» position. In the subsequent prompt, select «Restart»
- 4 Return to the Dr.Web SysInfo interface and click on the «Generate report» button.
- 5 Once you see the message informing you that the archive was created successfully, click on the «Show in folder» button. The report file's name will be generated according to this template: id.dwsysinfo.tar.gz.
- 6 Attach the file to your request for our technical support service.
