How Dr.Web Security Space serial numbers are issued to users of Dr.Web CureIt! (hereinafter Conditions)

The Right Holder means the limited liability company Doctor Web 3d street Yamskogo polya 2-12А, Moscow, Russia, 125124

Official Page where Dr.Web serial numbers are issued — the page located at https://free.drweb.com/era9/ It provides information about the Conditions.

Recipient of a Dr.Web serial number (hereinafter, Recipient) shall mean an individual who has got to this page by clicking on the banner displayed by Dr.Web CureIt!.

Free Product shall mean Dr.Web Security Space, authorized for 2 months of use.

Renewal Product shall mean Dr.Web Security Space which is provided for one year at a 40% renewal discount.

How to acquire a Free Product

1. To get the free product, a Recipient must complete the registration form on the page https://free.drweb.com/era9/ and click «Send».
2. The Free Product’s serial number will be sent to the email address specified by the Recipient after the form has been filled out.
3. The Free product serial number validity (authorized use period) is 2 months and will start as soon as the serial number is sent to the Recipient (i.e, it is sent activated).
4. When a Free Product is issued, the Recipient is subscribed automatically to the Right Holder’s weekly news digests (https://news.drweb.com/news/subscribe/) and special messages about the renewal discount (the Recipient will receive three such messages).
5. If the Recipient unsubscribes at the page https://news.drweb.com/news/subscribe/, the serial number will be blocked and the Recipient will not be able to use the Free Products

How to acquire a renewal product

1. The Recipient of a Free Product has the right to renew it for one year at a 40% discount.
2. To take advantage of this discount, the Recipient must purchase a renewal product and register the new serial number.
3. A Renewal Product that includes this discount can only be purchased by following the link to the Right Holder’s eStore. This link is sent to the Recipient’s email in special messages about the renewal discount.

Technical support

Users of the Free Product can receive support during the serial number’s term of validity only via the Forum and FAQ.

Other conditions

The Right Holder reserves the right to change the Conditions at any time without prior notice.
